Its been a long time since i have updated anything on my site…Im back on it now so keep checking with up to date news…

Im going to post some pics too… i have been injured for the last 6weeks so its been hard for me to watch the racing…Ive been working hard doing lots of core and rehab exercises for my back and i have also had some injections into my ligaments at the bottom of my spine..

Im now looking forward so much to this weekend , which is my first race back, its the National round at Fort William..

What a week it was up in Fort Bill…the crowds were awesome, thankyou so much for all the cheers, i wasn't very happy with my result 7th but thats racing.. I have to leave really early in the morning for Maribor so will update after that…here are a couple of pics from the weekend..-thanks to Keith @ phunkt.com for the shots.

Just got home late last night from a couple of days riding on Fort Bill, the weather was the best ive have ever seen up there..beautiful sunshine..

It was the first time i have been up there since the world cup last year, so i was looking forward to seeing the new top section of the track, it is pretty good, fast with lots of berms and some wooden north shore bridges…i took some pictures to prove that the weather was actually really nice…

Im off to the the Murray Jam on sunday, i will take some pics and post them sunday night..should be a wicked day..

I been very slack at up dating my site lately, Im going to make a big effort now to post news and pics..

Ive been injured for a few weeks, i hurt my back so ive been recovering from that, started riding again now, just in time to prepare for the worlds in 3 weeks…

Its going to be the best worlds ever and i can't wait…see you there..

Went to my local trails spot this week,they are ok, not to big, just good fun for a while. I took a few photo's, dan doing a few old schoolers..check them out.
